How my workshops create value

I have experience offering tailored workshops online or on site to 50+ attendees on average per session. Some examples of topics I have covered during workshops are:

The topic of a workshop is determined based on your company's struggles. During a workshop I always try to make things actionable and concrete, giving examples of situations I have experienced myself during the years or from discussions with others in the growth community.

    PMF research involves gathering data and feedback from potential and existing customers to determine if the product is meeting their expectations, solving their problems, and providing value. The goal of product-market fit research is to identify any gaps between what the customer wants and what the product offers. I have helped many start-ups with PMF research, preparing surveys, interviews and user tests to gather insights which helped to improve their product and customer journey.

    Search engine advertising can be an effective way to reach customers who are actively searching for products or services and can help businesses increase their visibility and drive traffic to their website. SEA is one of my main area's of expertise. This was actually the first marketing channel I started specialising in when I started working in growth 5+ years ago. I currently manage clients' accounts on a daily basis and continuously stay up to date on the latest features added to the search platforms.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of optimizing a website or webpage to increase its visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). This involves optimizing the content of the website with relevant keywords, improving website speed and user experience, building backlinks, and ensuring the website is mobile-friendly. SEO is one of the first area's I started specializing in. I have delivered and executed many SEO strategies for clients in the last years. Currently, I only offer SEO audits and strategies at the moment. I don't focus on execution / day-to-day SEO activities. 

  • Social Media Advertising

    Paid Social is one of my main area's of expertise. I have set up and ran 100s of campaigns for clients, managed 50+ ad accounts with an average ad spend of 70K per month. I have experience working with Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter. 

  • Video Advertising

    If you're looking to increase brand awareness and drive traffic, video advertising should be part of your growth strategy. With the popularity of video content, video advertising has become an essential component of many digital marketing strategies. I have succesfully ran video ads on YouTube (pre-roll ads and in-stream ads) for 30+ clients in the last years.

    Display advertising is an effective way to reach customers who are browsing the internet and raise brand awareness. I have set up and managed multiple display campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms like Outbrain, to increase client's brand awareness.

    Email marketing allows businesses to reach customers directly in their inbox, personalize messages based on their interests and behaviors, and track the effectiveness of their campaigns. It is a cost-effective way to drive website traffic, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. I have helped set up email flows and content through Klaviyo and MailChimp.

    Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the process of optimizing a website or landing page to increase the percentage of visitors who take a desired action, such as making a purchase, filling out a form, or subscribing to a newsletter. It involves analyzing website data, identifying areas of improvement, and making changes to the website design, copy, and user experience to encourage visitors to convert. I have 5+ years experience defining and setting up experiments across channels, ads and landing pages.
